The hotel is older than others but still has a lot of charm, and is centrally located to sooo many places. The Junior Suite is fabulous and one Id recommend because of its spa bath. We had Room Service and enjoyed the steak and prawns! The staff here are sooooo nice too :)) They have an awesome Executive Suite with kitchen which would be great for longer stays :))
The positives: very comfortable bed, nice location, view from higher floors is great, gym is fantastic, room sizes are generous. Not so positives: 2 PowerPoints in the room, including the one in the bathroom didn't work, shower water pressure was non existing, floor lamp did not work, privacy curtain was missing, no ceiling lamps at all, shower grout old and not very lcean. Rooms are in need of renovation. Despite the negatives, would be happy to stay there again.
Great value! Smaller room type, had a bath big enough for 1 person, really good staff, good food downstairs and the location is fantastic 👌 Was in Perth for a work conference so didn't think to take photos, online ones are accurate.
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Overall, staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable, though a little dated. The key card system needs updating. Noticed many guests had issues using their room card.
