⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely impeccable experience at Gibney! From start to finish, the service, drinks and dining were exceptional. Everything was beautifully presented, thoughtfully executed and made for a fantastic evening. A special mention to Dan and Lauren, who provided outstanding service throughout the night — attentive, friendly and professional without ever being intrusive. They really went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend Gibney for an exceptional dining experience in Perth!
Had a fantastic evening at Gibney with my parents. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm and relaxed, the wine list is excellent and the food was outstanding. The entrées were a real highlight and there were some unique flavours throughout the menu that made the meal feel a little different from the norm. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. Looking forward to coming back.
What an outstanding dining experience. You can't fault anything from start to finish. The service, the food, the atmosphere, everything just flowed perfectly. As we arrived, we were promptly seated. The service from food to beverage was impeccable. The food was well cooked, perfectly balanced and the much talked about caesar salad was so well done. Honestly, there's nothing to fault Gibney. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to more delicious food!
I celebrated my birthday on a Monday during sunset and wow, amazing! Service was excellent, very knowledgeable and was able to assist easily with the menu. We really enjoyed the cocktails, having it made at the table was fun. We also had our Caesar Salad made at the table, it was delicious! I'm really happy that I got to enjoy Gibney during a week day, as I hear the weekends are pretty busy. I felt like I got the full experience and really enjoyed it. Sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, as well as the Fremantle swordfish and those Bresola pillows..yumm! The birthday cake was also delicious and presented with a candle, made the moment even more special. Will definitely return (weekday only lol). They also have coffee, which was a bonus for me :-)
Gibney is a wonderful restaurant! The food was delicious, amazing view, and wonderful service from Harry. The crab tartlet was delicious, as was the lobster spaghetti. The Caesar salad is actually a real treat, the fellow puts it together in front of you with some theatre to it. And the chocolate cake is made from real Bahen dark chocolate, I think inhouse. The only shortcoming for me were the cocktails, they were a little average for the price. Definitely a great place for a special occasion.
