Finally, after our third visit to Perth, we had the opportunity to drop in after seeing it a few times from the ferry and from Kings Park. Lovely place to have a coffee break. Food was in good portion Welcoming and friendly service by staff Cosy ambience inside for quiet cup of coffee! Good view of the Swan River and the Perth Skyline. Will recommend to drop into Cooee for those who are going to the Blue Boat House!
I just came to the city as I wanted to go for a run by the river side and I noticed this cafe/restaurant and I was mesmerised by the lively seating arrangement as you can directly witness the sunrise as it sits on the riverside. As someone who prefers enjoys the morning sunrise for Vitamin D this is a goto place. The staff was so friendly and the woman who came to drop my order was so sweet and cute as I ordered Mocha for dine-in and she went like “here’s your Mocha with extra-extra chocolate”
Cooee service is exceptional! Such friendly thoughtful stuff! The food was excellent, the view of the river and Perth city from the restaurant were beautiful! The restaurant offered us blankets as we were seated in the outdoor area and the cold breeze from the river was intense. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough 🥰

The $40 business lunch special was amazing value. We added oysters and dessert. The service was excellent, especially Maelyse who was a joy to chat to and so hospitable. Just missed a pod of dolphins swimming by as chatting too much. Would recommend, a little out of the way but perfect location. The whole building should be a cultural centre really.
