Hi from John. I had a full body remedial massage last Monday with focus on tight muscles in my lower back. I asked if the masseuse could also do relaxing massage. My masseuse listened carefully to what I wanted and spoke to me in a friendly and sympathetic way. She was excellent, using several styles to loosen my tight, lower back. She was energetic and wanted to hear what I was feeling and how it was going. I felt at ease during the entire session. I have not found it easy to find a clean, welcoming place with skilled practitioners who treat you kindly and are diligent in caring for your needs and not just doing massage that they prefer!! Well done SHENS! I came away very encouraged and pleased that I had found a great place among many massage parlours in Lakeside Shopping Centre. Honestly, it was far better than where I had been going. Thank you so much to the team at SHEN'S in Joondalup. The experience was very, very good from the moment I entered the front door until when I left. See you next visit.

Id been dealing with some neck stiffness & tightness for a few days, the pain was impacting my ability to sleep and turn my head whilst driving. I went in to Shen's on a whim as I was a bit strapped for time and just wanted a quick massage to give me some relief. I asked for a head, neck & shoulders massage and was able to get in straight away! My masseuse was Sue, she was so friendly and listened to my concerns of how sore I was. She was gentle but extremely effective, i now have no pain in my neck!! She targeted all of the tight areas and even recommended getting front of the next & shoulders done next time. I'm planning on coming in every week to get a massage by Sue, your friendly service and effective techniques have gained you a new regular! 😁🥰
