Wouldn’t expect to encounter such a good Italian restaurant on the island. Good portion. Fish is really fresh juicy and soaked in the tomato and capsicum sauce. Pasta is really good and very authentic.
I celebrated my birthday with friends at Restaurant Isola. Everything was highly professional, from the initial email arrangements (I am from Europe) to the execution on the day itself. We had a staff member dedicated exclusively (a big thank you to valeria) to us during the event—we were looked after wonderfully, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was sensational. Many thanks for everything; I can highly recommend restaurant Isola.
5/5 Stars – Big Call, Bigger Flavors Look, I’m about to make a massive call here, so brace yourselves: the meal I just had at Isola was genuinely the best food I have ever eaten. I’ve dined all over the world, and yes, I am sticking by this! The chefs delivered an absolutely impeccable meal of shared plates. We had the fresh seafood, lamb and t-bone that was cooked so perfectly it should be illegal. As for the dessert... well, let’s just say it was definitely rated 18+ and absolute food porn. Technically, we were sitting on Rottnest Island, but the 10/10 warm, personal service from the host completely transported us straight to Italia. Meanwhile, the bar staff were basically liquid artists, curating custom, mind-blowing drinks on request. Between the stunning Thomson Bay views, the culinary wizardry from the kitchen, and the bespoke cocktails, I forgot I was surrounded by quokkas and thought I was on the Amalfi Coast. Do yourself a favor and book ahead—you cannot skip this masterpiece!
We immediately fell in love with the spacious and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we entered, the staff (Valeria) greeted us with a smile and great kindness. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty and the dishes arrived promptly. Valeria was always attentive and never intrusive. The culinary experience with Chef Andrea's vegan dishes was excellent. Vegan Ravioli , Arancini gluten free and vegan gelato. Thank you, Chef Andrea, and thank you, Valeria, for the pleasant and delicious experience we had at the restaurant Isola Bar E Cibo on Rottenest Island.
We celebrated our 15 Yr Wedding Anniversary and Hubby's birthday at Rottnest Island over 3 days. Friends of mine had recommended Isola for dinner. The cocktails danced in my mouth with every sip taken. The t bone steak and vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the tiramisu dessert was a perfect way to end our meal. Hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. Thank you to Valeria who was an exceptional server, and thank you to the chefs who created absolutely delicious meals.
