Short day trip ... with the main goal of seeing the quokkas. Spent most of THE time around the Settlement. Didn't get to explore the rest of the island, but that's something we'll definitely do on our next visit.. 🥰😍
There's no place on Earth can compare to this place. Rottnest Island is simply special and the settlement is the heart of this.
The quokkas are very prominate in the main settlement. They do tend to scavenge so cleaning up after yourself is essential. They obviously like to clean up after us humans. They're very cute and tempting to touch but don't.
