I recently had a pregnancy massage at Nuance Massage with Wendy as my therapist, and it was honestly one of the best pregnancy massage experiences I've ever had. Felt comfortable right from the beginning. The setup was very thoughtful, with supportive pregnancy pillows that allowed me to relax comfortably throughout the session. The pressure and technique were absolutely perfect - firm enough to relieve tension while still feeling safe and soothing during pregnancy. Wendy was very attentive and intuitive, ensuring I was comfortable. The centre itself is clean, beautiful, calm and welcoming. Was recommended of this place by a friend - will definitely be returning and recommending them to family and friends!
I saw Jordan for a remedial massage on my thoracic back. She has a lovely, caring disposition but also good attention to anatomy. She nailed that perfect balance between getting stuck in and treating the trigger spots while giving a massage that was still relaxing enough that I could enjoy it (and not grit my teeth the whole way through). My back is feeling so much better as a result. Thank you, Jordan! I will be back again soon for a tune-up.
Incredible. Had a 90 minute remedial/lymphatic-mix massage with Jess. Jess is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Perfect firm pressure without pinching or poking. She identified areas of resistance in my fascia, with causes and treatment. My end range is extended, I feel more supple with better range in my shoulder and stomach. Perfect for bringing true progress to your quality of life. Will be returning regularly. Highly recommended.
