Best experience and stay. Security is top notch, the gym and stay was amazing. The reception staff was extremely helpful when I needed parking for my car. It made the stay more worthwhile. Highly recommended.
A special thank you to Marinel de Abreu, the Duty Manager, for providing truly exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and remarkably efficient throughout our stay. Despite working with a limited team, she seamlessly moved between the restaurant and reception in the same morning, ensuring every guest was well looked after. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality delivered the kind of bespoke, personalised service that defines a luxury hotel experience. Marinel is a true asset to the hotel, and she made our stay all the more memorable.
Came here with my husband and stayed for 4 nights, the minute we arrived we were greeted warmly by Scarlett at front desk. The hotel was beautifully clean, quiet, and in a convenient location for us. A special thank you to Scarlett, who was absolutely delightful throughout our stay. She was warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again in the future.
Comfy, clean room just outside the main city, only 5min walk to the nearest train station. Booked an urban view but all we could see was the next building about 3.0m away so not the best. Only drawbacks were that the water pressure was weak and took about 5 mins to get any hot water in the shower, but after that it was fine. Also for anyone with a tall car, the carpark has a 2.2m height restriction and only 2 spaces in a 3.0m restriction. Almost had nowhere to park as my vehicle is 2.4m tall, and there was no mention of the restriction during booking.
Updated Review: Disappointing Experience—Overpriced and Inaccessible Rating: ⭐⭐ I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay was incredibly frustrating. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the hospital, but the experience felt more like they were taking advantage of patients rather than supporting them. Key Issues: * Financial Discrepancies: The hospital discount code we were provided simply did not work. Furthermore, the parking situation was never explained upfront; we weren't given the promised discount and are now stuck waiting for a third-party car park company to process a reimbursement. * Safety & Accessibility: The "At Your Service" button on the room phone was broken. Having just had an operation where I couldn't lift anything, and with my wife being pregnant, we were left unable to call for the help we desperately needed. * Inconvenience: Our room key cards failed several times throughout the stay. Having to trek back to reception repeatedly is the last thing you want to do during a medical recovery. We were asked to come downstairs to collect a new card rather than someone bring it to us while we waited outside the room. * Hygiene: We noticed the hygiene of some housekeeping staff was quite poor, which is particularly concerning in a hotel catering to medical guests. * Poor Value for Money: For the premium price, the amenities are severely lacking. There is no buffet breakfast, only a limited à la carte menu. Overall, it feels like this hotel relies on its location to charge high prices while providing sub-par service and limited facilities. We won't be returning. Pics show how housekeeping staff set our bed after the first nights stay.
