Favourite ice bath sauna place in Perth. Such friendly & fun staff and the two massive saunas are always super hot! One is a chatting one & the other is less chat which is great when you just want to chill! Would recommend to everyone 🥰 also NOOK makes this place perfect
Melt Ice Bath and Sauna is the perfect place to relax and recover. The facilities are spotless, the atmosphere is calming, and every visit is a great experience. The staff are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Gabby deserves a special mention as the best worker there—she’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to help. I couldn’t recommend Melt highly enough and will definitely keep coming back.
An awesome experience every time I come here. The sauna and ice bath are always clean, well-maintained, and the environment is so relaxing. Lainey at Melt was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. The attention to detail was outstanding, and I left feeling refreshed and really happy with the result. Such a warm and welcoming wellness space. The saunas are nice and big and even have ‘more talk’ and ‘less talk’ options. The complimentary strawberry matcha (amongst other delish sounding options) was an unexpected inclusion to enjoy at the end. Cold still and sparkling water available too if you forget a water bottle! Thanks for a lovely start to my morning guys 🔥❄️
