Authentic Italian in Perth - highly recommended!! We were a group of 4 and had a fantastic evening at Cibo! From the very first second we felt welcome and very well looked after. One of our friends is coeliac which wasn’t a problem at all. Plenty of gluten free options. We were served by Dom and Fred who went above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable evening. We not only had plenty of laughs but a great selection of authentic Italian food and wine. You can tell that they use only top quality ingredients, everything was very fresh and delicious. Not to forget, their sommelier Alessio surprised us with a delightful Primitivo after we asked for a smooth red wine to share. It’s impressive how much he knows about different wines around the world and gave us a large insight about Italian wines. Learned something for life that night! Almost felt like we were in Italy 🇮🇹 The atmosphere was a 10/10, suitable for couples or larger groups, Outside heating provided in cold winter months. You’ll not leave this place disappointed, that’s for sure! Thank you Cibo, we will be back!

This review was really difficult to do. Ive been to restaurants around the world and never have I ever been left in a state where writing a review has felt like my words arent enough..... but here goes.... As I said I've been lucky enough to eat in Italy, and I can genuinely say that Cibo is my favourite Italian restaurant outside of Italy. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The food is exceptional—authentic, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavour. Every dish is made with care, and you can taste the passion behind it. It's the kind of restaurant where you don't just enjoy the meal; you enjoy the entire experience. What truly sets Cibo apart, though, is Dom and Fred. They've created something incredibly special. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine love for hospitality make every guest feel like family. It's rare to find owners who care so deeply about every detail, and it shows in everything they do. Thank you, Dom and Fred, for creating a restaurant that consistently exceeds expectations. You've built a place that people don't just visit—they look forward to returning to. Every meal has been memorable, and every visit leaves me already planning the next one. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, incredible service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home, Cibo is simply outstanding. In my opinion, it's the best Italian restaurant outside of Italy, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
Fantastico! Great friendly service and attentiveness from all staff. Food was simply delicious and fast out of the kitchen. Many thanks to the boss/managers to accommodate us indoors away from the cold wet windy conditions that was experienced on arrival.
I’ve driven past this restaurant many times on my way home from work and finally decided to try it. We were able to secure a last minute booking online, luckily. They’ve only been open for a few months now, but we were so impressed with the service and food. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by every staff member we came past and quickly shown to our table. The service was prompt, the food came out piping hot and within 15 minutes of ordering. Food was outstanding, no notes. Julia served us and she looked after us fantastically. We’re so happy to have such a great place as our new local for Italian. Great job guys!
