I came here for the Burlesque show tonight and I was absolutely blown away. Everything about this place is phenomenal. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else, and you can truly feel the owner’s passion and heart in every little detail. The love and dedication poured into this venue and every event they organise is something really special. The Burlesque show was incredible – full of energy, talent and so much fun. And the cocktails? Simply out of this world. Every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, creating a space where everyone can relax and be themselves. The Flaming Galah is so much more than just a bar – it’s a community built with love, kindness and inclusivity. Thank you for such a magical evening. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it highly enough! ❤️
Staff really chill, cool art on the walls, beef burger and chips phenomenal, (perfect portion size and seasoned well). Cool atmosphere overall
The Flaming Galah is such a great local spot and honestly so necessary in Freo. Relaxed, friendly, unpretentious, and always a good vibe. The decoration is amazing, everything is done with such good taste. Even the sinks in the toilets are classy, and the glitter bench is an absolute fantasy. The music is always really well chosen too, which just adds to the whole atmosphere. Their events and parties bring people together, and I really appreciate the awareness and community support they get behind. It feels like more than just a bar. The beers are great (and there aren’t many places where you can still get a good local pint for $12), the food is good too, and the cocktails are spot on. Perfect place to go for a beer, a cocktail, a bite, and a dance in the middle of Freo!
