Very nice venue, sound is amazing, great country bands, staff is very helpful and friendly, fast service. Good layout with pool room towards the back. Only wish they had a bigger or different menu for food so people could eat instead of quick snacks.
Banging atmosphere (feels safe and welcoming to me and there was an eclectic mix of people about)✨️ great live music 🎤🎶impressive line/sqare dancing/boot scooting/nut bush from visitors and regulars alike (formal lessons if you go at the right time and casual ones if you're brave) 🤩 🕺💃 Honky Tonk vibes.. the name does not lie 👢🤠
Great vibe but the place gets extremely busy especially during the line dancing. Half the crowd is unable to see the instructor at the front. Perhaps a TV screen in some places would help. Limited food options. Good drink specials throughout the night.
My favourite place whether it’s for a chill drink or to boogie all night long!! I have taken anyone who visits here from my uni friends to my grandparents it’s a venue for everyone. Best thing about this place is the teamwork from the staff. If anyone is making you feel unsafe a quick word to any of the team and they’ll ensure you are ok and handle any issues with no bs. Honestly always a good time at honky from the live music to the free line dance classes every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday!
Honky Tonk Blues Bar is the kind of place that gets it right. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The security team is solid. They’re present, respectful, and make sure everyone feels safe without killing the vibe. You can relax, have fun, and enjoy your night. The music, the crowd, the atmosphere, when it all comes together and suddenly you’re not in Perth anymore. It feels like you’ve been dropped into a bar on Broadway in Nashville. It’s loud, it’s fun, and it’s got heart. Always will be the one-stop shop for all things country.
