This sauna is right by the beach so makes for a great opportunity for contrast therapy session (hot/cold). It is close to the public toilets so easy access for bathroom/showers nearby. It could be improved if it also offered tea like other Alchemy Sauna locations do, otherwise it’s great!
Quite disappointed with my experience in that sauna. It could be an incredible place but unfortunately they let too many people in. 7 people per sauna is too much, and you end up being very uncomfortable. I went there twice on a fully booked sauna and same experience always. Otherwise the place could be very nice.
Alchemy Sauna is my happy place. The combination of sauna, ocean, and positive vibes makes every visit special. I’m a regular, and I genuinely love it every single time. Always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend!
