I came in to enquire and was greeted with the kindest staff who showed me around the venue and answered all question I had with great knowledge. I am excited to book in next week!
A friend invited me to join him. It was perfectly what I needed after a long flight from Thailand. The vibe is relaxing, old brick style building with modern touch. Recommended!
My favourite place for recovery. I do heavy benchpress and military press etc. Sometimes you need to take your foot off the gas and have recovery at alchemy. Fab place with great vibes Ice shower is perfect for recovery for upper body as opposed to ice bath. My upper body wont fit the bath. Hence ice shower is fab
The Alchemy Saunas at Fremantle are great! The saunas are hot, the ice showers are a treat. Though what really makes Alchemy Saunas - Fremantle great, is their amazing team. A big shout-out to Ava and Clare — and an extra BIG one for Dayna, who always goes the extra mile and she does it with an amazing smile.
