Active wellness spa is a calming little haven. As soon as you enter, you start to feel calm. The rooms have a very serene and peaceful environment with a lovely fragrance and relaxing music, making it such a welcoming environment to use the machines in. The active roll machine is great for circulation and can be tailored to your personal needs. The best thing is that the Spa can be accessed at any time that suits you! Such a beautiful and peaceful experience at Active Wellness Spa. I loved the after-effects—it gave me the space to truly rest, relax and focus on healing from the inside out. The environment is so quiet and calming, making it easy to switch off and recharge. A special thank you to Maitri, who was such an amazing and welcoming host. Highly recommend! 🌿✨
I thoroughly enjoyed both active roll and Tera orb sessions, I often get tired legs and feet due to long standing hours at work and active roll massage (especially) helped with reducing sore muscles, promote circulation and better sleep. 100% recommended. I absolutely love the spa setup. It’s easily accessible, well maintained and self-explanatory. The calm environment and soothing soft music in the background makes the session even more relaxing.
Love this set up and that I can go at any time that suits me! I especially like the privacy and that I can choose how much time I spend in each device. The roller is great for relieving tension and the Tera Orb is AMAZING! I found it so comfortable and relaxing and I didn’t feel stifled like in a regular sauna. I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards and had the best sleep ever! This is such a brilliant set up for recovery and self-care!
10 stars. Unreal value for game changing self care. Easy booking process, easy 24/7 access, easy parking. The decor is stunning and feels so luxurious. The owner is lovely and very approachable & responsive via socials. Cannot recommend enough. Excited for the next steps of my wellness journey.
