First time trying art series from accor. Stayed 2 nights I was impressed with this hotel. Room were great. New and cozy. Breakfast was good but not great. But is worth it considering the price wise. I would say. 4.5/5.
Great location right in the CBD—super walkable to RAC Arena, with plenty of nightlife on the street behind the hotel. Service was fantastic, especially Mac, who was super helpful and looks just like Jonny Cakes! The room was great too—the bed was comfortable and clean, and the corner rooms are very quiet so you barely hear anything from your neighbors. The hotel itself is decent, though the pool is on the smaller side. They have a handy drinking water station on the first floor for guests to refill bottles, but basic in-room amenities like slippers, combs, and toothbrushes aren't provided.
We stayed at The Adnate Perth - Art Series for one night with 3 adults and 2 small kids, and we were absolutely blown away. Upon arrival, the very nice lady receptionist (sorry never got the name of her) told us that they unexpectedly upgraded us to an interconnecting room on the top floor for the best views, instead of our booked twin room. The extra room we had was also upgraded to a king. This made our stay incredibly comfortable and the kids loved to look out of the window and watch life go by. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a handwritten note, and some snacks. We were outstandingly impressed by this beautiful gesture. The rooms were stunning and comfortable and had plenty of space for all of our luggage. Breakfast was included, and the kids ate for free. The breakfast restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, featuring a huge variety of fresh and cooked foods to choose from. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Adnate for this nice stay! PS.: their all accor booking system via phone is a nightmare tho. Took them 1.5hours to book our rooms and forgot to include the kids. We nearly never booked because of this.
What a lovely well located hotel. We had one of our best check-ins thanks to Josh. He gave great recommendations and was so helpful with our requests. What a suburb welcome to Perth. It great to see someone who does their job so well.
We had such a relaxing stay. Only 2 nights but the hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and robes were comfortable. We didn't get to use any of the facilities except our room but we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
