Had such a Beautiful stay for me and my partners 5 year anniversary, we were greeted with a sweet treat and a beautiful card. staff are all so welcoming , sweet and kind! Very attentive with a smile and positive manner, highly recommend staying here, shoutout too all service members there! Made our stay a memorable one x Food is also amazing🥰 10/10 for everything🌸
We booked a Pacific Club Room, which included access to the Club Lounge. The room was spacious, the executive lifts were convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The staff kindly arranged a 3-hour early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The buffet breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The service was excellent and very quick throughout our stay. Since the day we booked the hotel, staff communication was excellent. The only downsides were that I personally found the pillows too stiff for my liking, and the hotel is starting to show its age. We noticed the exterior walls and windows were quite dirty and could use a thorough clean. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.
Pan Pacific is my go to hotel during regular visits to Perth. The hotel has been beautifully renovated with lovely decor and a huge gym. The reception and concierge staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I love the Club lounge - it is one of the best of many hotels I have stayed in, offering a great selection for both breakfast and dinner. Mina and her team go out of their way to ensure all guests feel warmly welcomed and looked after. Uma restaurant is also excellent and well worth a visit! I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure - get a room with club lounge access!
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. A special thank you to Juan for the outstanding service he provided. He was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him, our experience was truly a 10/10. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Another fabulous experience at this upmarket hotel right in town overlooking the waterfront. Staff were professional & went out of their way, leaving a beautiful surprise in the superior & spacious room, & upgraded my room from what work had booked. Dinner was nice in the restaurant, & breakfast was even better. I liked the free water dispenser of room temperature, cold or sparkling. Loads of places to sit around the first floor. The pool was small & looks better in the pictures than in reality, but still nice & it overlooks the water. Parking is external @ $40, or $65 for multiple entries. It's only 1 block from a beautiful waterfront walk & the Perth Mint, which both are wonderful to visit.
