Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel is rated 4-stars by the AAA Tourism in the Apartment Hotel category, and perhaps surprising is the only one of the like in all of Perth. Its’ competitively priced, and superior accommodation is a draw, but it contrasts deeply with the stylish décor and friendly service. It is quite ideally situated between the ever-popular Kings Park and Swan River, which means it is but a short stroll to the city center and all it’s bounties. The apartment hotel is on the route of the CAT bus, a complimentary transport service to various Perth locations that stops at the front of the hotel.
