I had a fantastic 2 night stay here at Hyde Perth. The room itself was very impressive and absolutely spotless on arrival. The location was fantastic, within vicinity of everything you might need while also being on a quieter street. What impressed me most was the friendly service and how kind and charming all the staff were from check-in to check-out. Everyone went above and beyond to help with any request. Raghav was incredibly polite in accommodating me with anything I needed and Daniel too was excellent. I especially wish to thank Nico and Inès who work in the bar. They were both so sweet and warm to guests, truly outstanding at their jobs and some of the best service I’ve seen, having worked in hospitality for almost a decade. I believe that if the level of service remains as high as I experienced, Hyde will be one of the top hotels to stay at within Perth. Thank you!
Hyde is beautifully done and is a lovely relaxing stay in the heart of Perth CBD. Whilst I was in Perth for work, it was great to head back to the hotel in the evening for a drink and a meal. Rooms are beautiful and subdued, love the Dyson hair dryer and Bose sound system, nice addition to the lovely rooms. Overall a good stay
I stayed at the hotel from April 22–27, and I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my group of three rooms had. The food at restaurant, Farra, was consistently great. The team managed the breakfast service with warmth, making it the perfect start to each morning. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the offerings and the attentive nature of the staff, which created a welcoming atmosphere. One comment about the safe found in the rooms. They should be bolted to the ground or the cupboards. No point keeping valuables there if you can carry the safe away. The combination of great dining and good front office leadership made my trip to Perth memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. I look forward to returning to Hyde Hotel in the future and will certainly be recommending it to others.
Absolutely obsessed with my stay at the new Hyde Hotel!!! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was next level, super warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food and drinks? Incredible. Everything felt curated and elevated, like a true luxury experience. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and so thoughtfully put together. And don’t even get me started on the interiors… seriously stunning. It’s giving full desert chic mixed with mid century Palm Springs vibes …. I honestly felt like I was on an international getaway, not in Perth! Such a gorgeous boutique feel throughout the whole place. Highly, highly recommend. Already counting down until my next staycay!!!
Hyde is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It ticks every single box. It's luxury without feeling pretentious and stuck up. It's beautiful and cool, with lots of consideration taken for the smaller details. The pool area is great and perfect for sipping cocktails. Pool was heated and clean. I liked the cabanas and I could order drinks to be delivered to me. Loved the food from Farrah and enjoyed the room service a lot. It's not often you get fine dining Greek to your room, so be sure to try it. My favourite part of Hyde was the rooms. I loved the free slippers (best ever) and all the small touches that make this place special... Like the locally sourced gourmet sodas, Bose speaker and handheld makeup light. Highly recommend this to everyone staying in Perth. While this place is family friendly... I wouldn't recommend it for kids. I'm a dad and I feel this place is more suited to adults, couples and business stays.
