Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The room has everything you need and you can help yourself to more tea and coffee. However though clean the room was cockroach infested. I had to ask for a can of critter killer and was reluctantly allowed to keep it in the room. There wasn't much in the can and it wasn't replaced when I asked for another, though fortunately the problem seems resolved.
Priced well, Reasonable amount of parking onsite which is free, very basic rooms. No fridge, table/ chairs, our room had a bathroom on the other side of the hall, tried to watch Netflix - Internet was to slow to stream, There is a communal fridge in the hall way. There is selection of snack and drinks in the foyer which works on a honor system. There is a breakfast bar which is free.
Rob and his staff are always so helpful so kind and so thoughtful. They work very hard and tried to accommodate especially as I come with patient assistant Transport to have medical appointments. It’s very reasonable and the breakfast is delicious.
Lovely room, clean and tidy and has most things you need in it! Due to availability my partner and I had two singles in the room but just pushed those together. The cleaners undid it when they changed the bedding though haha 😆 clean and spacious wet room shower and bathroom, plenty of storage and a safe in closet. We were here for 3 nights as backpackers and were able to keep all out belongings safe in the room in the meantime. Staff and service is incredible, very friendly receptionist and a kind young woman we sae in the breakfast area in the mornings. Paid for breakfast in advance and I must say I was really impressed with the continental options and working coffee machine. Fresh juices, croissants, spreads, different types of bread and more 👍
