Beautiful historic hotel right in the heart of the CBD. A fantastic place to stay, with plenty of fantastic dining within it's walls. And a very special shout out to the valet service and it's staff, in particular Almir. Who was incredibly professional and helpful when it came to taking care of my car. He was also able to help with some wicked car photography as well.

We had a great evening for a formal function in the Cape Arid Rooms. The event coordinator was fantastic. The room was beautifully prepared and service throughout the night was spot on. Catering came from POST, which was fine, but was probably less adequate than what we imagined for a serving of canapés. The menu was also limited. Beverages were great though quite costly. The room itself which we had for the night was lovely. Very spacious and well equipped, minus an iron! Staff across the establishment were all lovely, accommodating and thorough in what they knew and how they were able to help. I’d recommend the hire of Cape Arid Rooms for any event but would likely recommend other hotel rooms for value for money. All in all, a pleasant experience. Worth trying.

Located in Perth CBD, this hotel is truly a hidden pearl of the city. We stayed for two nights and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated, offering a wonderful sense of tranquility and calmness as soon as you step inside. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional — polite, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. A lovely touch was the personalised greeting card left in our room, highlighting the city’s must-see attractions and suggesting activities for the following day. On our second day, we returned to find a small box of delicious chocolates from Sue Lewis Chocolatier on the bed — a thoughtful and sweet gesture. Valet parking is available, and the overall service is both friendly and highly professional. We’d especially like to thank the wonderful French lady at reception, who went above and beyond. After a full day exploring Rottnest Island, she kindly allowed us to use the hotel facilities for a refreshing shower before our long flight home that evening. It’s this genuine attention to detail that makes you feel truly cared for and at home. The breakfast at Post was also excellent — fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Each year my partner and I look forward to our annual visit to Como the Treasury, and this most recent visit did not let us down. From the moment you enter until you leave the incredible staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. We had breakfast in the room on both mornings, which was excellent. Our room was superb, with, comfy bed with luxurious bedding, ample storage, a large bathroom with rain shower and free-standing bath for a long soak. I can not rate this hotel high enough. I have visited other 5 stars in Perth including Crown Towers and the Ritz-Carlton. Rest assured, the Como Treasury is far superior and easily the best hotel in Perth, maybe even the country.

It was love at first sight. Looking for accommodation during my stay in Perth, I discovered this heritage building and I had no hesitation in exploring how its tranquil, chic design can perfectly preserve the 19th-century heritage building while offering modern, high-tech conveniences. Stepping into the hotel and the Treasury Room, I was impressed by the seamless blend of 19th-century heritage architecture with contemporary, minimalist interiors. I must thank Mathilde Gouhier, Head Concierge, for her impeccable arrangements during my stay, including my early check-in, recommendation and reservation for top restaurants and cafes in Perth, flexible arrangements for my late departure, rental for the e-bike, and the list goes on. The stay has left me a positive impression on COMO Hotels and Resorts. It has become one of the top hotel groups to be taken into consideration for accommodation in other countries. If you are a lover of an intimate and ultra-luxurious city break, COMO The Treasury is your urban sanctuary.
