My stay at this hotel exceeded expectation from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, big and very close to where I want to visit. Staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely comfortable throughout the trip. I forgot with my travel adapter and the staff very kindly offered to lend! Will definitely be booking here again on my next visit!
The apartment was very grotty and in need of attention. It had an unpleasant smell. Entry into a room is governed by a pin code which you also need to use the lift. This means anyone in the lift with you could gain access to your room. I was here for work and the apartment was like staying in a hostel. The only good thing about this place is its location. Would not recommend.
Great value place in an excellent location. While some rooms are needing a refurb, any issue had was handled superbly well by the amazing team there. Would definitely stay again
